Message	agree that a tender isn't a bad idea. I don't drive my car every day. In fact, during the winter, maybe twice a month. So, if letting it sit idle for 2-3 weeks, I would find it a bit low on umph and charge. A battery tender plus works great and is only about $44 on Amazon. The other plus is that it fits much better in my compartment. I had an autocraft and another brand before that were cramped and a huge PITA to get in and out. If I had to, I can neatly get my optima out without removing the passenger cowl.
